Estimates and quotations
Website calculator values are indicative estimates, not a binding offer until reviewed and confirmed by RIQ Infotech in a written quotation. Quotation validity is 7 days from its issue date unless the issued document states otherwise.
Project scope and delivery
Final deliverables, revisions, milestones, launch date, content responsibilities, third-party integrations and acceptance criteria should be agreed in writing before work starts. Timeline depends on content, access, approvals and third-party services.
Payment terms
The standard proposed terms are 50% advance and 50% on completion. If a special discount is granted, any 100% advance requirement must be stated in writing and accepted before work begins.
Taxes and third-party costs
GST is estimated at 18% in the calculator. Domain registration, renewals, premium themes/plugins, hosting upgrades, payment gateway fees, SMS/WhatsApp/API usage and other third-party costs may be extra at actual/provider rates.
Customer responsibilities
Customers should provide lawful content, timely feedback and required access. They are responsible for confirming that supplied content and data can legally be used.
SEO, support and availability
SEO rankings and lead volume are not guaranteed. Support coverage, response times, maintenance scope, uptime and service levels must be documented in a separate plan if offered.
